I just released JDBC plugin 1.1.0.2
JDBC plugin is a river/feeder for indexing tabular data into Elasticsearch
from JDBC data sources.

Changes:
- refresh fix, bulk indexing improvements at each river run
- more timestamp variables
- option for ignoring null values
- improved river test resilience
