We are excited to announce the release of Kibana 4.2.0-beta1! This release brings compatibility with Elasticsearch 2.0.0-beta1 and a host of other enhancements and improvements. This release is not backward-compatible with Elasticsearch 1.x releases.
IMPORTANT: This is a beta release and is intended for testing purposes only. There is no guarantee that Kibana 4.2.0-beta1 will be compatible with Kibana 4.2.0 GA.
