APM Node Agent in Kibana

Are we likely to see the respective APM agents being built into Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana/Beats any time soon as a configurable feature?

From a starting out perspective, it would be a good way to provide basic data for showing off what APM can do and moving forward, would be good to be able to trace the performance of the various applications to visually identify things like slow running queries, etc.
