APM server status not detected

APM server status is "No APM Server detected" although Elasticsearch is receiving APM logs from multiple servers :

Kibana version: 8.17.0

Elasticsearch version: 8.17.0

APM Server version: 8.17.0

APM Agent language and version: Java 1.49

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, deb, from source, etc.) and version: Windows (unzip)

Fresh install or upgraded from other version? : fresh install

Errors in browser console (if relevant): Noticed few URLs Kibana is unable to access (production environment) ==>

  2. https://epr-snapshot.elastic.co/search?experimental=true&package=symantec&all=true
  3. GitHub - zertosh/loose-envify: Like envify but much faster

Hi @SamehSaeed ,

Can you elaborate on where you see the "No APM Server detected" message? Also, are the services listed in the services page configured to send APM data to cloud hosted APM Server or an on-prem APM Server?
