Applying platinum license in deployment config

Hello,

as of December 2020, it was not possible to apply the license in the deployment on a OpenShift/Kubernetes cluster (see: Applying platinum license in Kubernetes - Elastic Stack / Elasticsearch - Discuss the Elastic Stack).

Is there already a possibility for that (without using the operator) or do we still have to use Kibana/License API for that?

Licenses are still managed via the API only.
