Welcome to the community! To confirm, we don't unblock individual IP addresses but add particular ASNs to allowlists following validation.
The Hetzner ASN AS24940 is explicitly allowed on our side and has been for some time. Can you confirm that IPv6 is definitely disabled and not being used? That is the most common reason for developers having issues on this ASN.
If not please send a trace using the --trace option for us to further investigate as covered in this earlier thread:
