Hello! I'm having trouble downloading Winlogbeat. When I click on the link "https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/beats/winlogbeat/winlogbeat-9.0.3-windows-x86_64.zip", I receive a "403 Forbidden" response. The IP address from which the download is being attempted is 88.218.171.233, which is a VPS hosting.
