Was fixed for some days but now again 403:

curl http://ipinfo.io/
{
  "ip": "209.192.229.103",

  "readme": "https://ipinfo.io/missingauth"

Good afternoon, would you please unblock our ip too? 185.105.117.111

This looks to be RU based and we cannot do that.

Same issue

$ curl -qs ipinfo.io
{
  "ip": "209.192.229.103",
  "city": "Dallas",
  "region": "Texas",
  "country": "US",
  "loc": "32.7831,-96.8067",

  "postal": "75201",
  "timezone": "America/Chicago",
  "readme": "https://ipinfo.io/missingauth"
}

I tested it on the US LA server, and I encountered the same issue. Eventually, I created a separate cache server for artifacts.elastic.co. Since then, I have been using it successfully after modifying the hosts.

Our packer builds are getting random addresses in the public cloud - do you expect us to upload all of them?! You can't fingerpoint to google forever, your dependencies' problems are your problems.

Hello
After a couple of days, at last I fixed that.
I use this command in ubuntu 22.04 $ vim /etc/resolv.conf
Then, change 2 first lines, with 2 DNS that I get from my server support. (to screw the limits)
After rebooting from SSH Putty, the command ran correctly.
((((( with no 403 error )))))
Good time
