AUTO Cross Cluster Replication (CCR)

Can we do auto CCR for index on the bases of Alias or be auto ccr for this index(this is the part f roll over index ).

index pattern is :
alias index filter routing.index routing.search is_write_index
timeseries timeseries-p1-000003 - - - true
timeseries timeseries-p1-000002 - - - false
timeseries timeseries-p1-000001 - - - false
