AWS lambda end of support for Go1.x runtime

Hi,
My use case is to continue using the functionbeat itself, but since the go1.x runtime will not be supported in AWS lambda, can I create a new build with the gov2 version? On that,

  1. Will it be too much of effort doing it?
  2. Can I get some help on how to create the "functionbeat-aws" build?

Functionbeat is end-of-life per; Functionbeat Reference [8.11] | Elastic. Have you looked at switching to Elastic Serverless Forwarder for AWS | Elastic Serverless Forwarder Guide | Elastic?

@BenB196 thanks for a quick reply. I understand the support has ended for functionbeat.

I was still trying to explore if we can make use of functionbeat itself. So if you can help me with the below questions:

  1. Will it be too much of effort upgrading go version in the functionbeat build?
  2. Can I get some help on how to create the "functionbeat-aws" build?

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with functionbeat, so I'll defer to potentially anyone else on here who might be able to assist.
