Beats on Power AIX?

Hello,
I'm wondering if an AIX Power versions of Beats (especially MetricBeats) is planned, and if not, how difficult it would be to compile it on an AIX Power version. This would make sense to connect as many system types as possible.

A first step to get metricbeat on AIX would probably be getting a Golang port for AIX as metricbeat is based on Golang. Here is a related issue from Golang itself: https://github.com/golang/go/issues/7208 I don't know more about the status of this. Perhaps someone else knows more about this?
