In 9.1.0, it appears there's a visual bug with alerts overview on the overview page, noticed this since 9.0.0 lol
I guess it's still not fixed

Recreated in on-prem install and cloud.
**Describe the bug:**
The trending line chart in the Alerts screen under the Observability is incorrectly showing as Light theme in Dark mode (under the new Borealis theme):

**Steps to reproduce:**
Go to the Alerts screen under the Observability application in Kibana.
**Expected behavior:**
Alerts chart to be shown in new dark theme.

Not relevant to this bug in my view, but I am seeing the below error in the console:
Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'report-sample' 'self'". Either the 'unsafe-inline' keyword, a hash ('sha256-Vf/5lhWIh6ub3ANk6a6rqRaf7x7HUixyrKDFs2axDL0='), or a nonce ('nonce-...') is required to enable inline execution.
