Build logstash deb-package manually from source

Hello, I need to build a deb-package from source code of logstash (https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/logstash/logstash-oss-6.7.2.tar.gz).

Have you any official instructions for packaging and actual debian scripts(debhelper) for that?
Also I will be pleasure if anybody can tell some build-dependencies
