I have 2 different not clustered elasticsearch hosts 192.168.1.10 and 192.168.1.85.
The 192.168.1.10 server also has kibana.
Question: can i connect both of them to a single kibana?
Thanks.

I have not seen any option in kibana to connect to multiple elastic cluster
Welcome to our community!
No, you cannot do this. Kibana expects to talk to, and manage, a single cluster at a time.
(The only exception there is for cross cluster search.)
Any solution for manage multiple ELK from one page?
NO you cannot
