Can I create a ServiceNow ticket from Watcher?

Can you elaborate your use case more further. Do you want Watcher to be integrated inside of Service Now or vice versa ? Plz elaborate further.

However, I wanted to let you know that once you have installed watcher, you can use its Email action to send email notifications.

Hi Rashmi,

I am using X Pack for anomaly detection in logs so I want to create a service now ticket whenever an anomaly is detected, so I was wondering if I can use watcher for that.

Watcher has a webhook action, so you could post information to ServiceNow via a webhook.
