Can´t Visualize data in the dashboard

is this fresh install of kibana or existing cluster ? what version ?

Yes, I installed Kibana with Broadsoft, the version es 4.5.2

i am not familiar with broadsoft, but can i suggest to download the latest version of our stack from our website (5.3):
