Can we use logStach in Windows?

Hi,

I have Windows 7 operating system. Can I configure Logstach on Windows??? If any tutorial please share

Not getting how to import data using LogStach on Windows operating sysytem. Please share any video or tutorial how to configure and use LogStash on Windows operating System.
