Cant install phonetic 2.7.0

Hello!
I got a problem with installing plugin analysis-phonetic v2.7.0.
When i try to install:
plugin install elasticsearch/elasticsearch-analysis-phonetic/2.7.0
Got error:
-> Installing elasticsearch/elasticsearch-analysis-phonetic/2.7.0...

Using elasticsearch 2.4.4 in docker container.

Can someone help me with this issue.

y i did such way. but i got 2.4.4 version.
