Can't post in the X-pack forum. Post elsewhere?

I've got an x-pack related question that I would like to post but the New Topic button is grayed out when I go into the x-pack forums. Are xpack questions supposed to be asked elsewhere and I'm just missing it?

If it's about one of the Elasticsearch X-pack plugins (Security, Watcher, ...) then please ask it here in the Elasticsearch forum.
