According to https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions this requires at least a gold license (or a trial).
Which I guess you don't have as you are using searchguard.
So I'd say: no.

we have the platinum fot Elasticsearch but I don't have the xpack security because we have the searchguard license.

Why using search guard when you have a platinum license?
I know that we have only platinum license for all component without x pack security. Is it possible?
