Change Kibana UI language from English to German

Hey guys,

I recently had a request from my colleague if we can change the UI language of Kibana from English to German or any other language.
Is it possible?

We currently provide translations for simplified Chinese and Japanese via the i18n.locale configuration. You can add a +1 to the issue where we're tracking German language support here: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/32798
