How to add new language to Kibana web interface?

I would like to change Kibana web user interface to be in language that does not exist(as default kibana option), i found by default cn and jp, but there is no en in there so i am wondering if anyone knows how could i find en version, and would it just be replacing english words or there is more to it? Version 7.17
