Changing index pattern field format to "bytes" does not correctly format byte values for kibana visualizations

Hello,

I changed the formatting for a field in my index pattern like this:

However when I access the field via a visualization it is still unformatted:

I want it to display the value in mb/gb. Is this a misconfiguration on my part or a bug?

I've tried with our demo data, it was formatted. Which Kibana Version are you using, which Visualization doesn't work?

Figured it out. Kibana requires a restart before applying the changes. After I restarted Kibana a few times everything was updated.
