Cisco Duo Integration not working

Continuing the discussion from Cisco Duo Integration not working:

I am on an elastic 8.4.1 stack with Duo D249.8. I installed the duo integration and I do see logs showing up:

but all of the dashboards just show empty panels. It's almost like there's a mismatch between the fields coming in and what the dashboard expects?

or if something has changed and the message is now too long to parse into the fields?
