Collapse sidebar by default

Hi,

I want to collapse the sidebar by default for kibana.

I am able to collapse the side bar, but it is not expanding when I want to.

Currently this is not possible . Please open an enhancement request if you feel the need for it . We can discuss it there.

Thanks for reply.
I have the side bar collapsed by default.
Go to kibana/src/ui/public/chrome/directives/global_nav/global_nav.js

remove the function updateGlobalNav() function which is called by default.
Let the updateGlobalNav() which is the part of the event and it will work.
