Combining ILM and snapshoot

Hi, is it possible to combine ILM and automatic snapshoot?
for example, I have an ILM which store the index for 14 days in hot node, then the index goes to warm node for day 15 until day 90.
after day 90, can I set up automatic snapshoot for that index and after the snapshoot is created, delete the data
