Continuous display of time difference

Hello Team,

I have 2 events , START and END, and using elapsed filter I am able to calculate the time difference and display it in Kibana using Metric chart.

However, the END event occurs after 3 to 4 hours, and for that duration, the Kibana Metric chart remains blank. Logically this is correct, as the END event is required to calculate the difference.

Wish to know if there is any way of displaying the constantly ticking Elapsed time in Kibana till the END event occurs?
