Count in kibana filters

We need a table with several filters about a set of data in json format of 3TB total, the number of filters is less than expected and after a few seconds the number is updated. What could happen?

We have only one node with an index of 60 million records, specifically this index contains 5 shards.

When you open the dashboard for the filter highlighted as per screenshot it shows 180 options. So when the dashboard is accessed for this filter it will show 50-60 options & after few seconds it shows 180 options. Is this correct understanding & the question above why it takes time to load this options?
Also the data as per the filter is of 5 years..what if you take less time duration..is the behavior same?
