Create Coordinate Map from Country code

Hi,
I have a lot of countries in our Index and creating a Dashboard I would like to add a Coordinates Map in order to select which one I want to filter.
I only have the country code:

  • es = Spain
  • ru = Rusia
  • pt = Portugal
  • ...

it would be possible to create the Map only with this codes?
Maybe with the Json input, adding coordinates to each country?

Hi, if you only have the country code, perhaps a Region Map would be better?
