createTableUnsafe/UnsatisfiedLinkError - Win Srv 2008 R2 SP1

(Russ Hankey) #1

I have installed Java 1.8.0_65, and downloaded the .ZIP file from the LogStash install page (https://download.elastic.co/logstash/logstash/logstash-2.1.0.zip), but I'm getting a "createTableUnsafe", "UnsatisfiedLinkError" when trying to execute the sample logstash command logstash -e "input { stdin { } } output { stdout { } }"

Has anyone else encountered anything similar when running on a Windows platform? Am I overlooking setting an environment variable perhaps?
