Curator-ZIP file to install as a non root

Hello,
Can some share with me a zip file or tar ball of the latest curator for elastic search , I am installing it as a non-root. Since we do not want to install as under root. and we have specific directory structure for the elk.

Can you not install via pip?

Otherwise, you can install from source.

If you're still determined to go it alone, the URL for the source tarball is https://github.com/elastic/curator/archive/v4.2.6.tar.gz
