Custom CSS conditional formatting TSVB

Hi Team,

i am working on TSVB visualization and using filter ratio. it gives me metric as below

now here i have a markdown as APP1 and i have value coming as {{ a.a.last.formatted }}. Based upon this value of {{ a.a.last.formatted }}, i want to apply custom CSS which will change color of background. for example yellow when value is < 1 and > 0.5 and green when value = 1.
is it possible using custom css? any lead is appreciated
