Customize elastic cloud UI

In standalone we can customize the elastic UI using "Elastic UI framework (EUI)", But we are looking custom changes in Elastic Cloud environment paid version.

So, is there any way to customize the Elastic Cloud UI? If yes, please share the possible way's ?
