When sharing a dashboard from kibana, is there a way to retain the full functionality of each visualization? What I mean by that is the only thing that seems to be shared is the graph. Is there a way to retain the table format of the data so a user can save the data to a file?
Not currently, putting a dashboard in an iFrame is currently a common method to expose Kibana data in a read-only fashion to a user base. But it appears this community plugin may be trying to do something like what you're describing: https://github.com/bondib/kibana-iframe-communicator-plugin
