Data available in Grafana but not Kibana?

I was messing about with some of the stock metricbeat dashboards: kubernetes, zookeeper, etc. Many are empty (for me) despite having the corresponding modules enabled.

The odd thing is that the metrics are all available (and producing data) if I use Grafana to make charts.

EG zookeeper.mntr.*
kubernetes.deployment.*

Is this typical? Something misconfiigured in my installation? (v 7.6.1)

Guess something is mis configured in ur installation, can't tell unless looking at ur configs, logs and diagnostics.

Circled back to this. Still an interesting issue.

Other data available to grafana but not kibana: mysql, kafka, postgres
