Data insertion through bar / line chart tool tip

Hi All,
I have a requirement where I need to enable user to insert data through any line / bar chart tool tip.
e.g. If a monitoring team member identify a high spike metric in chart, he would just acknowledge by adding few details at that spike point itself as well this details need to be stored along with timestamp. This will help other team members that this issue(spike) is been acknowledged.
Please let me know if this achievable or any alternate way to achieve this requirement.

Unfortunately, we don't have something like this for the Stack Monitoring UI charts. However, it's a great idea and I'd encourage you to create a feature request here: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/new?template=Feature_request.md
