Kibana tries to load the default index after login

Questions:

Is there a setting to have no default index?
Can we avoid that Kibana tries to load anything directly after login?
What happens if the user has no permissions to read the "default" index during login?

There isn't any way to have no default, but you could change the default app to something other than discover by setting kibana.defaultAppId in your kibana.yml file

but the same problem still remains when you switch to Discover,it does not make any sense that default index can not be removed.
