Hi All,
We are trying to delete the child mapping of index. The child mapping was
deleted successfully, but disk space is same before and after deletion.
Thanks,
Ankit Jain

              Hi,
I think you must to optimize your index for free space.

              Hi,
Even after running optimize, there is no reduction in disk space.
Thanks,
Ankit

              Hi
I am also experiencing the same issue . The _status /_stats call shows
reduction in size , but actual usage on disk is still the same, even after
optimize.
Any idea why this is happening ?
Thanks
