Delete older than days indices .wtacher-history-7

Dear Team,

We are running ECE1.1.4 in production environment. All the cluster having the watcher history indices for last 6 months which eating system space and reducing the cluster performance.

is there any way to set watcher history retention period for 7 days using the template ".watcher-history-7"?

Please note that we have not installed curator on the system.

When Index Lifecycle Management is released, you will be able to manage indices through the interface in Kibana. Until then, you have Curator.

Curator does not need to be local to the ECE installation. It can be installed anywhere that has http(s) access to the cluster in ECE.
