Deployed elasticsearch and kibana throgh eck and helm facing elastic didn't load issue

Hi Team,

Currently deployed ELK 7.14.0 version through helm without security and authentication.

We have tried to upgrade from 7.14 to 8.5.1 & 8.5.3

Procedure followed in ordered to upgraded from 7.14 to 8.5.1

has issues since security and user management is enabled by default which results in "Elastic did not load properly. Check the server output for more information".

Checked the elastic and kibana pod logs didn’t find any errors on the pod logs.

could you help on this.

Is it an error that you get in your browser when loading Kibana?
If so, could it be related to the presence of an anti-tracker/ad-blocker if you have one activated?

Yes , Getting error like elastic didn't load properly not every time sometimes only I'm facing this issue.
