Does ILM, rollover API's available in elasticsearch-oss?

Hi,

I'm using elasticsearch-oss 7.0.0 version and want to implement ILM policy for our elasticsearch indices.

Are ILM and/or rollover API's available for elasticsearch OSS package? if not Is there a way we can mimic the same functionality using other API's available in elasticsearch OSS?

(Are ILM or rollover available in elasticsearch basic flavour?)

ILM is part of our Basic license - which is free mind you. Rollover is open source - https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/indices-rollover-index.html
