Elastic Will the elastic agent be installed in a way that supports gui in the future?

Can you give more details on what you mean by supports gui? Do you mean installation of the agent using a GUI such as the install wizard for a single agent via Fleet as outlined in the documentation?
It's unlikely we will have one of these, we did one for Elasticsearch on Windows for a short while but ended up stopping development of it due to the engineering costs.
