Elastic Agent Windows doesn't work

I'm trying to use the elastic Agent on windows 10 and i get this error:

fail to execute request to fleet-server: dial tcp 192.168.100.60:8220: connectex: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

Any resolution?

On the client, test (possibly with telnet) to see if you can connect to 192.168.100.60:8220

If you can't, it's not an agent problem.
