Are all features of ELK+ Beats in Elastic Cloud available in the SaaS cloud solution on AWS? Is Elastic Agent supported by Elastic SaaS cloud solution?

Yes by SaaS, I meant 'Cloud by Elastic' on AWS Marketplace. 
Just wanted the clarification that does the Cloud by Elastic on AWS offer all features or are there any exceptions or limits.
I needed to utilize the X-pack capabilities of logging and monitoring and alerting to Service Now. They will be part of the offering, right?

For example for "ServiceNow", it's available under the platinum level.
