Elastic Data Security (Can we encrypt Lucene Index Files?)

Hi there....

I am looking to explore ES stack...

One thing that I want to know is as it is all file based on local drives. Is there a way we can encrypt the data in those files? Because some clients this is policy to encrypt any file that is stored on server.

There is nothing native at this stage.
You can try volume level encryption, ie by the OS.
