Elastic search stops at no plugin loaded

When i started my node on the server it was successfully started.But when due to some reason the node goes down may be due to extensive load or if i down it intentionally
and i try to restart it then the log stops at "no plugin loaded" and the node is also not started.
When i reboot the server and then restart, the node starts without stopping at "no plugin loaded".
If anybody could help that could be great.

Please share the Elasticsearch logs from startup.
