I am putting in place a shared filesystem repository to take snapshots.
I noticed the second cluster I configured with the sahred FS automatically gets info about existing snapshots, even if I give a different name to the repository.
Is it recommended to use one shared FS for 2 different clusters or is it better to use separated shared FS ?
If you register the same snapshot repository with multiple clusters, only one cluster should have write access to the repository. Having multiple clusters write to the repository at the same time risks corrupting the contents of the repository.
