Elasticsearch 5.1.1 custom plugin to capture delete request

Hi,

I am new to Elasticsearch. I have to create custom plugin which will capture delete request and log that request in log file. I can not use XPACK or other tools as these are paid.

Kindly provide information or link so that I can work on it.
Version: Elasticsearch-5.1.1
