Elasticsearch doesn't start on Windows 2016 Server

Hi there

I've installed the latest Elasticsearch Version for Windows 7.3.2 on a Windows Server 2016. The Installation finished without Errors, but the Service cannot start.

The Service runs under its own AD Useraccount and i gave NTFS WRITE permissions on the CONFIG, DATA and LOGS Folders (C:\ProgramData\Elastic\Elasticsearch), but it still doesn't work. Any idea why?
