Elasticsearch Index life cycle policy timing

Hi Team,

Can you please let me know what exactly "Timing for Warm phase" means .

My Hot Phase Time is 50GB or 30 days , and my index reaches 50 GB in 5 days , but i would like to keep the index in Hot phase for another 7 more days (total 12 days in Hot) then move to Warm phase.

In the Warm Phase i have set the "Timing for Warm phase" to 7 days , will my index be moved to warm phase after 12 days.

Please help
